John Dean – Crime Writer

I mentioned in a previous post about the Amazon Organised Crime ebook best-sellers chart being topped by the DCI Jack Harris boxset. .

Well, this morning (Monday June 30, 2025) it has been joined in the top 100 by three further John Dean titles published by The Book Folks, a Joffe Books Company.

The novel Girl In The Meadow sees Harris tested to the limit as a murder inquiry in his North Pennines patch points to a dangerous crime family, and To Catch A Lie, has the detective embroiled in the world of a hardline animal rights campaign group which thinks nothing of using extreme violence.

The latest one to join them is the recently-relaunched Blizzard novel A Flicker in the Night.
